Lets start a new RP

So there was talk of maybe a new RP by IJ, Aries, Kira, and I...
Lets talk a bit more about it.

What should we do, and how do we want to make our characters?

How bout a RP styled like the old old Clan Saga? badass characters and uber enemies?

STORY OVERVIEW
The world is in a time of serenity and peace. No wars between countries, the occasional dragon attack handled by adventurers...
However, still fresh but healing, there is a wound still on the landscape and horrors seared into everyone's memories from a world shattering event dubbed in the history books "the Demon Crisis".
A powerful demon named Abraxas, with the help of an old forgotten cult named The Chosen, broke into the mortal plane and was a hair's width from claiming all life for his own. Luckily, a group of heroes (That's us! or your character could join the heroes, leaving this vague and open ended for that reason...) intercepted the demon and fought him where he entered the mortal plane, on Dragonteeth mountain. The fight was epic, however there were casualties. The Chosen were stopped and Abraxas was slain, but the fight left a wartorn scar around the bones of the dead demon, simply called "The Scar" where hell itself scorched the mountainside.
It's been a few years, and some of the heroes have gone back to normal life. But the threat of The Chosen is still out there and only growing in the shadows.

History/Background: He was hatched in the wild's by his parent's an odd couple of a dragon and wolf. From an early age he was taught to fend for himself by his father Silent Fang. His mother Shineing star taught her son to speak the language of man as a formaility to the dragon kind. As He got older he found walking on his hind leg's proved easier for him to move about than on all four's. He is self taught in beating shit with his fist's and claw's as he never tried to build tool's or use anything from his mother's stach of treasure.

History/Background:
Ilias was once the sole squire to one of the heroes that fought in the "Demon Crisis". Training with Jax, the Arms Grandmaster, since he was six, Ilias came to see him as not only a mentor and role model, but a father and friend. Following the fall of Abraxas, Jax's disappearance sent Ilias across the continent to find answers to where his mentor is, and what happened to the doomsday cult, the Chosen.

(I will base this off my Skyrim character, due to my obsession with the game haha)

Thor chose offensive prowess over defense, sacrificing the traditional shield to wield his two powerful demon swords, Bloodgleam and Peacebreaker. When he needs to, he casts offensive and healing spells during combat.
Hometown: A town called Snowhaven, which was destroyed during the Demon Crisis

Spell/Aura 1: Heighten Reflexes: For a brief period of time, Thor can move at a much more precise, exact speed, becoming a force of nature on the battlefield
Spell/Aura 2: Heal Wounds: In the midst of battle, Thor can heal most non-fatal wounds inflicted on him, using energy to heal.
Special Ability 1: Resistance to cold: Thor has an insane immunity to cold, making him at home in even the coldest locations in the world.
Special Ability 2: Thu'um: Being a dragonborn, Thor can muster up great shouts of varying powers.
History/Background: Thor was a rare breed of Man, for he was Dragonborn, a mortal being born with the soul of a Dragon. He was naturally gifted with the Voice, a power that allowed him to essentially "shout" powerful spells at his foes. He used that during the Demon Crisis, having to use it to escape the Chosen when they destroyed his Snowhaven. He vowed revenge, and personally hunted the High Priest Vorashuun, one of the leaders of the Chosen, and the one who led the attack on Snowhaven. He aided the group of heroes on their quest for a brief time, but was not present at the defeat of Abraxas, as he was crushing the life out of Vorashuun at the time. After the Crisis was over, he maintained suspicion of the Chosen and began to wait for their return, and in that case, his time to hunt again.

Eye Color: Varies with her mood, base colour is hazel with green flecks-> darkens with negative emotions and lightens to an amber colour when she experiences positive emotions.

Class: Handheld Weapons and Close Quarters Fighting Expert
Hometown: Arinai, next closest town to Aracona (20km away)
Weapon: Katana enhanced with a strength rune as well as 2 other ones with unknown powers. It is said that the runes will reveal themselves in the wielders time of greatest need.
Armor: Fingerless gloves with enhanced metal plates on the backs and metal knuckles. Kenzie doesn't normally carry her sword to work with her as she would not be able to explain it to her employer. She does however carry two daggers tucked into her boots and a shortsword strapped to her spine under her shirt. Kenzie is always wearing knee high steeled toed boots with shin guards. In addition to all of this, her shirt was made with a combination of metal and fabric given her slight protection until she is able to get her chest armour on. Her short also has moderate protective runes sewn into it. Although at her job Kenzie is forced to wear a skirt, she is always wearing form fitting short underneath so that she has a free range of movement.
Spell/Aura 1: Aura of Anger - Kenzie is quick to anger, and when she get really mad she is able to push it into an aura around her that affects the minds of everyone who she does not consider a friend. It has limited use as it tires her out.
Spell/Aura 2: Farsight - Although Kenzie herself has never mastered the bow and arrow ShadowGuard has. Using Farsight allows Kenzie to access that ability and shoot arrows with perfect aim.
Special Ability 1: ShadowGuard - ShadowGuard only comes out when she feels that Kenzie is in danger of dying or losing a fight although Kenzie is able to stop her from emerging at times. (See History for more info on ShadowGuard)
Special Ability 2: Healing - After so many years of tending her own wounds Kenzie is a pretty good healer, and can tend to basically any wound, short of mortal ones.
History/Background: Kenzie was an orphan who was adopted by a Martial Arts master when she was a baby. Kenzie trained under this master of Martial Arts and Weapons in the town of Arinai (Ah-re-nye) since she was 4. This caused her to have little to no contact with others her age, including boys, resulting in her being very naive about girls and boys. She became a master of Martial Arts at 15, able to learn styles and incorporate them into her own style easily. The next year Kenzie was also awarded the title of Weapons Combat Expert (Note: not a Master). After receiving this title her Master presented her with a Katana, the one she now uses whenever she is fighting. She acquired the Shortswords and Daggers later on. When she was 16 there was a terrible accident and the dojo where she lived and trained burned down, taking her Master with it. The anger and grief of losing the one important figure in her life caused her to go into shock. She didn't recover from the shock until a few weeks later, but something had changed about her. A second personality was created, ShadowGuard. Kenzie, the dominant personality, became a happy-go-lucky girl who was extremely naive and she lost some of her proficiency in Martial Arts and Weapons Combat. ShadowGuard embodied the more serious and combat driven side of her and this side remembered all the teaches of their late Master. Needless to say, ShadowGuard is the better fighter out of the two. Two years past with Kenzie working as a barmaid at one of the local bars. She kept in shape with her exercises, driven by an annoying feeling in her head, doing only just above the bare minimum to keep her skills intact. She is unaware that there is another side of her as ShadowGuard has not needed to take over yet.
