In my opinion, Photoshop rocks.
GIMP is a close 2nd, and a lot cheaper =P

In the past i made Avatar and Sigantures with images people found (Because i cant draw =P)
Eventually i got swamped with work and realized running a "Sig Shop" is hard o.O
SO! With that in mind, if you PM me about it, i could make you a shiny sig or avvy if you would like.
